Whether practicing outdoors, immersed in greenery, or indoors in a tranquil space, the connection to nature remains at the heart of each session. The wind, the rustling leaves, and the songs of birds enhance our experience, encouraging us to listen to our bodies, follow their natural rhythms, and rediscover harmony within ourselves and with the world.

Qi Gong sessions go beyond structured movements. Nathalie encourages each participant to explore gestures freely, to feel every motion from within, and to let their own creativity emerge. Every breath becomes an inner dance, every posture a rediscovery of the self.

About Nathalie Ponlot

A holistic practitioner, artist, and performer, Nathalie has spent years exploring voice, movement, and Taoist practices. Passionate about vocal expression and breathwork, she uses the body as a tool for exploring energy and emotions.

Her approach is inspired by disciplines such as Qi Gong, Chi Nei Tsang, Tao Yin (Taoist yoga), and craniosacral therapy, all woven into a journey of authenticity and self-connection. Each class or workshop becomes a space for deep listening, transformation, and resonance—an opportunity for every participant to reconnect with their potential and creativity.

Session Program:

Each Qi Gong session is designed as a gentle and evolving exploration, incorporating the following key elements:

  • Grounding and Alignment Establishing the essential foundations of the practice, allowing participants to connect with their bodies and the present moment.
  • Tree and Turtle Postures These symbolic postures represent stability and grounding (tree) as well as longevity and serenity (turtle), encouraging a balanced interplay between strength and softness.
  • Healing Breaths A foundational practice to begin each session, these breathing exercises harmonize and purify vital energy, promoting smooth and calming circulation.
  • Meditation Techniques (Microcosmic Orbit, Inner Smile, Global Connection) Specific meditative practices rooted in Qi Gong and Taoist traditions, designed to cultivate deep inner harmony and strengthen one’s connection to the world.
