1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Harmonia Movendi Sàrl – Art & Mouvement Vermont (hereinafter “AMV”) and the Client, regarding subscriptions to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Grappling classes and other disciplines, as well as the Academy’s facilities.
2. Services
Group, private, and semi-private classes in BJJ, Grappling, and related disciplines.
3. Pricing and Payment
Rates according to the official price list attached, VAT included. Payment in advance by bank transfer, card, or cash.
Monthly Payment
Subscriptions with monthly payments must be settled no later than the 5th of each month for the current month.
The first month is due immediately upon signing the contract.
In case of late payment, a reminder fee of CHF 20 will be charged, along with late payment interest of 5% per year.
All collection and legal enforcement costs are the responsibility of the client.
The balance, as well as related fees, are the responsibility of the client. In case of non-payment, the subscription becomes void.
4. Duration and Commitment
Subscriptions are offered under different plans:
No commitment: one-time payment, valid for 30 days.
5-month commitment (children): monthly payments for 5 months.
10-month commitment (children): monthly payments for 10 months.
Semester (children): one-time payment, valid for 5 months.
6-month commitment: monthly payments for 6 months.
12-month commitment: monthly payments for 12 months.
Annual: one-time payment, valid for 12 months.
5. Suspension / Extension
Possible only in cases of accident, illness, pregnancy, or military service, upon presentation of proof.
6. Termination
Only in cases of justified force majeure (medical certificate, relocation, military service). For monthly subscriptions with commitment (6 or 12 months), termination ends the commitment, and future installments are no longer due.
For annual subscriptions paid in one installment, the amount paid is refunded pro rata for unused months as of the date the validated termination request is received.
Administrative fees of CHF 60 apply in all cases.
7. Non-Payment
Two written reminders. Transmission to the Debt Collection Office (LP). Claim may be assigned to a third party (collection agency).
8. Data Protection
In accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (LPD) and GDPR, personal data is used solely for administrative purposes. The client has the right to access, correct, and delete their data. Retention is limited to the necessary duration.
9. Internal Rules and GTC
The client acknowledges having read and accepted the GTC and AMV’s internal rules.
10. Use and Responsibility
The client agrees to follow the internal rules. Participation is under their own responsibility, accident insurance is mandatory. Entry is prohibited under the influence of alcohol or substances.

12. Acceptance
By signing the subscription contract, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) as well as the Code of Conduct & Internal Rules.
If the client is a minor, their legal representative (parent or guardian) declares having read, understood, and accepted the GTC as well as the Code of Conduct & Internal Rules, and confirms that they validly represent the child in this agreement.
13. Partial Invalidity
If one or more provisions of these GTC are declared null, invalid, or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions, which remain fully applicable.
14. Non-Use
Non-use of services does not entitle the client to any refund or discount.
15. Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Competent court: Geneva, subject to mandatory jurisdictions provided by law.
